We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers to create each item after your order is placed. This allows us to offer premium-quality apparel while reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

United States: 3–7 Business Days

Canada: 5–10 Business Days

Europe: 5–12 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days

Rest of the World: 7–20 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and production facilities, products in the same order may ship separately at no additional cost.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority.

Faithful Under Fire is not responsible for these additional charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

We are unable to guarantee refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
